Externally, the casino is in a four-storey building with yellow walls, while its entrance along the Landhausgasse is identifiable with an LED sign that says “CASINO” attached to a yellow arched canopy. The casino is closed every Christmas Eve.

The interior presents a mixture of styles; there are different setups across the casino. One setup involves the ceiling having geometric patterns dotted with pinlights and the floor is carpeted with patterns. One bar has a red table and surrounded by red round stools, while the gaming tables are surrounded by red chairs, while the slot machines are paired with white curved chairs. Another setup involves a more space-age look for the ceiling with the lights resembling distant stars, a bar with yellow tables and yellow stools, carpeted floors with boxy patterns, and slot machines paired with yellow chairs.

Guests at least 18 years old with valid ID can be admitted into the casino. Dress code has to be appropriate, and smoking is not allowed.

Casino Graz has 111 slot machines on site (including 71 for Jackpot Cafe and 40 for Classic Casino). All slot machines are available starting 10 a.m. daily.

The main casino has different gaming tables on site, with 6 tables for American roulette, classified into two: Easy (with 13 terminals) and Multiroulette (with 8 terminals).
